Each shin guard contains one of the articles of the agreement necessary to protect them during maternity.
46% of professional female players are worried about becoming pregnant because of possible reprisals from their club. This data highlights the need for an agreement to protect their rights. That is why we have created Guard your Rights, the first shin guard that protects female footballers and their babies.
The campaign created a lot of buzz, and shortly after launch, Amanda Gutiérrez (President of FUTPRO and our client) secured a meeting with Yolanda Díaz (Minister of Labour), kickstarting negotiations for a new collective agreement for female players.
